Accident and emergency dental cover
Do my patients have to buy accident and emergency cover?
• No. You decide if you want to have this cover practice wide or if you are happy to let the patient choose. Our experience is that about 70% of patients opt for the additional benefit of this cover. The cover costs 50 pence per month per patient.
How much does the accident and emergency dental cover cost?
• 50 pence per month per patient.

Administration
Will my administration reduce?
• Very much so. Once the patient has signed up you only have to mark the patient record that he / she is a plan patient. We collect and pay over your fees every month together with a fully documented report, and keep you advised of any cancellations and follow up any non payers.
• We provide you with all the documentation and other items to ensure the smooth running of your scheme
• We collect all you fees by direct debit
• We will pay the total value of your fees (both monthly and annual) directly to your bank account normally within five working days of the collection date
• We will handle an annul price review only charging the net cost of printing and posting the letters to your patients. It will be printed on your letterhead
• Provide continuous support.

Benefits
What are the benefits to me?
The principal benefits to you are:

• Total control over fees and charges
• Permanently less stress for the whole dental team
• Minimised stress during conversion
• Potentially higher income
• Reduced administration
• Happier patients
• Complete clinical freedom
• Potentially fewer missed appointments
• Normally the staff morale is enhanced
• Typically a better work / life balance
• Personal service of the highest standard - but don't take our word for it listen to what our clients have to say - see the video on this web site and read the testimonials.

What are the benefits to my patients?
The principal benefits to your patients are:
• Best dental health through regular planned visits
• Complete peace of mind knowing that they have guaranteed access to a dentist
• Easy predictable budgeting by monthly or annual direct debit
• Typically a discount off procedures not covered by their plan
• Free to join - no admin or joining fee.

Branding
Are the plans branded Claremont or with my name / practice name?
• The plans are yours and branded in your name or practice name - Claremont only appears so far as the direct debit function is concerned. All marketing material is in your name.

• No set up or training costs
• No fixed monthly charge
• Only 60 pence per month per patient including VAT
• Same charge for any number of patients
• Free to join for patients.
Do you charge for a 'No Obligation' meeting?
• No. Please contact us on 01584 841300 or through this web site by clicking on 'Contact Us' or 'Arrange an appointment with one of our advisors' or just send an e-mail to info@claremontlimited.co.uk
Do you make a charge for a patient to join my scheme?
• No. This normally saves them up to one month's fees.
How much does the accident and emergency dental cover cost?
• 50 pence per month per patient.

Getting paid
How quickly do I receive my fees?
• We collect on the 15th of each month and you normally have the money in your bank account within five working days.
Do you withhold any money?
• Only monies due to the insurer, reclaims under the direct debit guarantee and our fees. You receive the total value of your fees which patients pay both monthly and annually.

How much work will be involved in setting up the patient payment plans?
We will help you:
• Review your fee per item prices and produce a price list for you to display in your reception and waiting room
• Price the plans you want to offer to your patients
• Decide on how to offer the plans to your patients - one at a time - slow but little risk or Big Bang - faster but more risky
• Decide on the marketing material - posters, leaflets and press releases
• Review the presentation of the practice
• Provide continuous support.
We will, on set up and without cost:
• Prepare and supply all the marketing material, patient agreements and other items needed to operate your plans
• Mail your patients as necessary - you only pay any postage incurred
• Train your team in how to succeed in offering your plans to your patients
We will then:
• Pay the total value of your fees (both monthly and annual) directly to your bank account normally within five working days of the collection date
• Supply you with a fully detailed monthly report
• Provide continuous support.

Next step
How do I make an appointment to fix up a meeting?
• Please contact us on 01584 841300 or through this web site by clicking on 'Contact Us' or 'Arrange an appointment with one of our advisors' or just send an e-mail to info@claremontlimited.co.uk

Plans
What plans can I offer to my patients?
• Any number of plans can be put in place to satisfy your financial needs and the patients' clinical needs
• Monthly or annually paid to satisfy your patients' preferences
• With or without accident and emergency cover - and the patient can choose if they want it
• Maintenance and / or capitation to ensure you have the plans you want

Ways to convert
What is the best way to convert my NHS or fee per item patients to plan patients?
There are two ways:
• Big Bang - where you write to your patients and ask them to sign up or, if you have the capacity to do it, tell them they can see another dentist at your practice; or, if you do not have capacity, for the patient to make other arrangements for their dental health care.
This is the fastest way to get your patients onto plans but obviously carries a certain amount of patient loss risk with it.
• Piecemeal - one at a time whilst the patient is at the surgery for a check-up or other procedure.
This way carries very little risk but takes longer to achieve a substantial number of plan patients.
We do not insist on either way but wish to ensure you are comfortable with the chosen method of conversion.
